SCRIPTABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SCRIPTABLE'S SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
1. INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW
Scriptable LLC (“Scriptable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers and facilitates the fulfillment of prescription treatments through licensed partner pharmacies. Scriptable is organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and maintains a principal place of business in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scriptable website (scriptable.co), mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, completing an intake form, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
IMPORTANT: Scriptable LLC is not a healthcare provider. Scriptable does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications. All clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe a treatment, are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers (each, a “Provider”) who practice through an affiliated medical entity (the “Medical Entity”). Scriptable provides technology and operational infrastructure only.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Age and Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
2.2 Account Registration
To access most features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and (d) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
The Services are available only to residents of U.S. states in which the affiliated Medical Entity’s Providers hold active, unrestricted licenses. At the time of any telehealth consultation, you must be physically located in the same U.S. state in which you are a resident. Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or where Scriptable has not yet established operations.
2.4 Identity Verification
As part of the intake process, you may be required to verify your identity through submission of a government-issued identification document and a selfie photograph. This verification is required to ensure the safety and integrity of the Services and to comply with applicable telehealth regulations.
2.5 Medical Records Access
To request access to your medical records, contact us at support@scriptable.co. We will route your request to the appropriate medical entity or Telehealth Partner. You have the right to access records about you as provided by applicable law.
3. TELEHEALTH SERVICES
3.1 Nature of Services
Scriptable operates a technology platform through which patients can complete telehealth consultations with independent licensed Providers affiliated with the Medical Entity. Providers review patient-submitted intake information and, at their sole clinical discretion, may issue prescriptions that are fulfilled through a licensed partner pharmacy.
3.2 No Guaranteed Prescription
Completion of an intake form and payment of any consultation or subscription fee does not guarantee that a Provider will prescribe any treatment. All prescribing decisions are made solely by Providers based on clinical judgment. If a Provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate for you, you will not receive a prescription, but you may still be charged a consultation fee as described in Section 10.
3.3 Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
The Services are not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. The Services are not a substitute for in-person care, and Providers may recommend that you seek in-person evaluation at any time.
3.4 Accurate Information Required
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all intake forms and interactions with Providers. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in inappropriate treatment, personal harm, and immediate termination of your account. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.
3.5 Follow-Up and Ongoing Care
Scriptable’s Services are not a substitute for a primary care relationship. You are responsible for informing your primary care provider of any treatments received through the Services. Providers available through the Services may not be available for emergency follow-up or urgent care needs outside of standard consultation workflows.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
4.1 Subscription Plans
Scriptable offers subscription plans that provide access to ongoing telehealth consultations and prescription fulfillment services at regular billing intervals. Subscription details, including pricing and billing frequency, are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You authorize Scriptable to charge your payment method on file for each renewal cycle. You will receive a reminder notification prior to each renewal as required by applicable law.
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price increase via email to the address on file. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge and may suspend your access to the Services until payment is received. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information on file.
5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy carefully before purchasing.
6. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, by contacting us at support@scriptable.co, or through our customer service team.
6.2 Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future billing. Your access to Services will continue through the end of your current paid billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid except as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6.3 Cancellation Cutoff
To avoid being charged for a new subscription cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date. Orders that have already received physician approval cannot be cancelled, as those prescriptions have been issued and the fulfillment process has been initiated.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS
7.1 Compounded Medications
Some treatments available through the Services are compounded medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. They are prepared for individual patients based on a prescription and are not tested by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. FDA approval means that a drug product has been evaluated and found to be safe and effective for its labeled use; compounded medications do not carry this designation.
7.2 GLP-1 and Weight Loss Medications
If you are prescribed a compounded GLP-1 receptor agonist (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), you understand and acknowledge: (a) these medications carry FDA-required boxed warnings, including risk of thyroid C-cell tumors; (b) they are contraindicated in individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2; (c) you must disclose your complete medical history to your Provider; and (d) you should not use these medications if pregnant or planning to become pregnant without consulting your Provider.
7.3 No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from any treatment vary. Scriptable makes no guarantee that any treatment will achieve a particular outcome. Testimonials and before/after images represent individual experiences and are not typical results.
7.4 Storage and Handling
You are responsible for properly storing and handling all medications dispensed to you in accordance with the instructions provided by the pharmacy and your Provider. Improper storage may render medications ineffective or unsafe.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
8.1 Shipping Timelines
Estimated shipping timelines are provided at the time of purchase and are estimates only. Scriptable is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
8.2 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Scriptable is not responsible for medications delivered to an incorrect address you provide.
8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us at support@scriptable.co within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement as appropriate. Because prescription medications cannot be returned, replacements are provided at our discretion consistent with applicable pharmacy regulations.
8.4 Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@scriptable.co and we will work with the carrier and pharmacy to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any intake form or to any Provider
• Attempt to obtain prescription medications for purposes other than your own personal medical use
• Share, sell, or transfer prescription medications received through the Services to any third party
• Attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions or use the Services from a jurisdiction in which you are not a resident
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Scrape, data mine, or systematically collect data from the Services without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Providers, Scriptable staff, or other users
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
10. FEES AND PAYMENT
Subscription and consultation fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars. If a Provider determines a prescription is not appropriate, you may be entitled to a refund of the consultation fee as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations thereof—are owned by Scriptable LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent.
12. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit reviews, feedback, testimonials, photos, or other content to the Services, you grant Scriptable a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in any media. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party’s rights.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA
13.1 Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, available on our website.
13.2 SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and orders. Marketing SMS messages require a separate opt-in. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive transactional messages necessary to complete your care. Email communications are governed by our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
14. OPEN PAYMENTS DATABASE
Under the federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act, certain payments and transfers of value made to physicians and teaching hospitals must be reported to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and are disclosed in a publicly accessible database called Open Payments (openpaymentsdata.cms.gov). If any payment or transfer of value is made to a Provider in connection with your care, it may be required to be reported under applicable law.
15. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SCRIPTABLE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SCRIPTABLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SCRIPTABLE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
SCRIPTABLE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, EFFECTIVENESS, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY MEDICAL TREATMENT PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS THROUGH THE SERVICES.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCRIPTABLE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF SCRIPTABLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRIPTABLE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SCRIPTABLE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scriptable LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) any content you submit to the Services; (c) your use of the Services; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
18. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
Scriptable reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any portion thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
19. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Scriptable. Scriptable has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 22 shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
21. NOTICE
Notices to Scriptable under these Terms should be sent to: Scriptable LLC, Attn: Legal, 10298 Walden St, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379, or by email to support@scriptable.co. We may provide notices to you by email to the address on file with your account or by posting on the Services.
22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
22.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact Scriptable and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice to support@scriptable.co. Scriptable will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may initiate arbitration.
22.2 Agreement to Arbitrate
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, rather than in court.
22.3 Arbitration Procedures
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. If the amount in controversy is less than $10,000, the arbitration may be conducted by document submission only. Arbitration shall take place in Hamilton County, Tennessee, or, at your election if you are a consumer, in the county in which you reside.
22.4 Costs of Arbitration
JAMS filing fees and arbitrator compensation shall be allocated in accordance with JAMS Consumer Arbitration Rules. Scriptable will pay reasonable arbitration costs for claims that are not frivolous.
22.5 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND SCRIPTABLE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
22.6 Mass Arbitration
If 25 or more claimants submit demands for arbitration raising similar claims, JAMS’s mass arbitration protocols shall govern the proceedings. Scriptable reserves the right to elect a bellwether proceeding in such circumstances.
22.7 Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@scriptable.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
22.8 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
22.9 Severability of Arbitration Provision
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the arbitration agreement shall remain in full force.
22.10 Changes to Arbitration Terms
If Scriptable makes any material change to this arbitration agreement, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You may reject the change by sending notice to support@scriptable.co within 30 days of receiving notice. If you reject the change, you will be subject to the arbitration agreement in place at the time you first accepted these Terms.
23. ONE-YEAR LIMITATION PERIOD
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.
24. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
25. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Scriptable. Providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Scriptable.
26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, Consent to Telehealth, and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scriptable with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
27. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
28. WAIVER
Scriptable’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
29. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Scriptable’s prior written consent. Scriptable may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
